* Currently, I cannot see patients ≥ 65 years old due to a special clause in Medicare. Once I get more patients on my panel I will be able to start seeing patients ≥ 65 years old.
Terms & Conditions
- Membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
- Lab work and imaging studies are not included in the monthly fee but are available at discounted cash rates.
- We recommend maintaining a high-deductible or catastrophic health insurance plan for hospitalizations, emergency care, and specialist visits.
- Pricing subject to change. Current members will be notified of any changes in advance.
